Additionally we can also provide an advanced Screening and Vetting Assessment service utilising the latest in Layered Voice Analysis technology.
Screening and Vetting Assessment
Challenges exist in trying to ascertain if an employee has been accurate in completing their application or their employee or education history within their CV. Even more challenging is understanding the genuine reasons why an employee left their last role. They might come with an acceptable reference as previous employers may just provide a neutral response or the questions asked will not detect performance or attitude issues.
At Futurum Asia with our partner company Behavioural Cues we have introduced Layered Voice Analysis technology which can act as a screening tool. A series of questions provided by a vocal response of your candidate can determine if they:

LVA identifies the unique patterns in the human voice, patterns that we as persons have a difficulty to identify on our own. Nemesysco, our technology partner has conducted more than 25 years of research, has learnt to identify and correlate with these key human emotions to show us what the other side really feels.
We recommend conducting a LVA Screening or Vetting Assessment between first and second interview as it will help establish any risk areas or topics to explore further in the next recruitment phase.
